Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, profile photo, and authentication identifiers.
• Church, ministry, team, event, service, song, announcement, prayer, message, and scheduling content that users choose to create or share.
• Contact information used for invitations, announcements, service assignments, support, and church communication.
• Billing and subscription status handled through payment and billing providers. Tchurch does not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical information such as device, browser, app version, IP address, logs, and security events used to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Tchurch service, authenticate users, connect members with their churches, send requested invitations and notifications, process subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Church administrators control much of the content and membership data inside their church workspace. Members should contact their church administrator for church-level membership or content changes.

Data choices

Users can update profile information in the app where available. To request account deletion, data access, correction, or export, contact Tchurch support. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate church workspace data with the applicable church administrator.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to provide Tchurch, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
